I have wondered why people have difficulty releasing feelings of not being enough. Many need to be liked, affirmed, or accepted. The tools are readily available to help one to like, accept, and affirm themselves that are not dependent on others. Some have readings with intuitive’s, psychics, tarot and Angel readings, and other means of discovering the true self. I have met clients lovingly connected to their inner child, healed their parent’s negative projections, and met their spirit guides but still struggled with negative programming.
It all comes down to the mind of the Coyote, the trickster. That being said, one must ride a shotgun over the mind by not letting it have its negative influence. The mind can also be a wonderful companion of the heart only when it no longer states you are worthy of love and goodness.
Be aware when those negative thoughts try to influence your thoughts or behavior. When it does that, you can forgive the thoughts by letting go; as you do so, your behavior will begin to change, and you will begin to attract situations in your life that tell you, “I am worthy of love and goodness.”
